Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using Femloss, members agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Health Disclaimer.

Femloss Transformation is a 12-month women's weight-loss, maintenance, accountability, community, and continued-improvement experience. The membership is delivered through structured guidance, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, group-based support, and a private community.

Access begins immediately after successful payment and continues as an annual membership that renews annually unless cancelled.

Femloss (The Femloss Journey) costs $365/year, billed annually.

Any reference to "about $1/day" is only a cost comparison for the $365 annual price. Femloss is not billed weekly and has no monthly subscription.

Membership renews automatically each year at $365 unless cancelled before the renewal date.

A member may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing support@femloss.com or from her account. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal; the current membership continues until the end of the paid term.

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Members receive structured check-ins, progress tracking, group-based guidance, community access, accountability, and general nutrition, movement, maintenance, and lifestyle support.

Femloss does not provide unlimited private one-to-one coaching, instant responses at all hours, medical care, or emergency assistance.

Individual results vary. Femloss does not guarantee a specific amount, rate, or timeline of weight loss.

By joining Femloss, members agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Participate honestly
• Complete check-ins
• Use the community respectfully
• Protect their login details
• Avoid sharing paid materials
• Seek medical advice when necessary
• Take responsibility for their participation

The following are not permitted inside the Femloss community:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Hate speech
• Spam
• Unapproved selling
• Sharing private member information
• Unsafe medical advice
• Account sharing
• Copying or redistributing Femloss content

Femloss materials, branding, resources, systems, videos, templates, and designs are for members' personal use only and may not be copied, sold, shared, or redistributed.

Femloss may restrict, suspend, or terminate a member's access in cases of fraud, abuse, harassment, account sharing, payment disputes, or serious violations of these terms or the community rules.
